Our 70.3 program caters for the Busselton races held in May and December.

Included:

  • A detailed 13 week program set up on Training Peaks. Your data is reviewed by our coach

  • All club training and coached training as detailed in the program

  • Access to coaches for advice and training needs

  • A one on one coffee with the coach meeting to discuss your progress

 

Ideally, you are comfortable with at least a sprint distance or Olympic distance triathlon

Training equipment required:

• Fins 

• Pool Buoy
• Paddles
• Wetsuit – for Open Water Swim sessions

• Road bike

• Helmut

• Running attire

Our Ironman program caters for those wanting to complete the full Ironman. We recommend one on one coaching for the Ironman distance. Please click here for coaching fees.

Included:

  • A detailed 4-6 month program set up on Training Peaks. Your data is reviewed by our coach

  • All club training and coached training as detailed in the program

  • Access to our head coach for advice and training needs

  • one on one meetings to discuss your progress

 

Ideally, you are comfortable with at least the 70.3 distance

Training equipment required:

• Fins 

• Pool Buoy
• Paddles
• Wetsuit – for Open Water Swim sessions

• Road bike

• Helmut

• Running attire

Our running programs are usually held in Winter and a number of races are targeted during the program. Please click here for coaching fees.

  • Access to coaches for advice and training needs

  • Target races include Perth Trail Series races, WA Marathon Club half and full marathons
