Birdy's Backyard Trail Weekend

A big thank you to Birdy and Louise for hosting the best trail weekend eva!

Those that went along had a restful but active weekend. Birdy had the fire going the trails ready and even managed a special guest runner to answer all trail running questions. We hope we can do it again next year Birdy!

Rotto half marathon

What a fantastic day out! Those that participated in this event were not disappointed. It was a hilly course with a bit of weather thrown in. The highlight was the post race debrief and beers at the Rotto Hotel where hardship and injury were shared amongst beers, chips and pizza.

Well done to all those who went across, for the event. It was an early start for some!

Winter Running 2021

Running and Trail running have been in full swing this winter. Well done to the crew who took to John Forest National Park last weekend. Luckily they missed the rain!

Training Peaks Workshop

A big thank you to Michael Corry for running the Training Peaks workshop. We had a big turnout and learnt a lot about data, fatigue, form, fitness and how many beers are needed when imparting such information. Thank you Michael!

Corrigin Triathlon committee

Our club is excited to announce our first race event in partnership with The Corrigin District High School P&C. Largely thanks to Andrew Poultney for inviting us to partner up with the Corrigin Community. TWA have asked us to host this race as an inter club event. We would like to have as many clubs as possible represented but of course, we hope our club has the biggest numbers!

Save the date - Saturday 5 March 2022!

We are looking for a small committee to be formed to help prepare for this race and help out on race day. If you are interested in participating in this committee please drop an email to contact@perthtriclub.com.au.
